Various SEO pages required for JamesAnthony.co.uk

I am looking for someone with VERY GOOD WRITTEN ENGLISH to provide pages that will help me rank well in search engines.
They must be good with Wordpress and Elementor so they can create the pages within this system.

I need Exactly the same creating for JamesAnthony.co.uk but with completely re-written and NON DUPLICATED TEXT!!! so for example HULL MAGICIAN with https://www.alanhudson.net/hire/magician-hull/ which targets the keywords for Hull magician, hull corporate magician and hull wedding magician and close up magician.
I need ALL the links he has created but on my site to help with my SEO.
I will provide a login for my Wordpress to begin creating the draft areas.
Everything MUST BE WHITE HAT. I can provide images but I need you to come up with the best way to make unique content for each area and yet to create as fast as possible without ANY DUPLICATE CONTENT.
You must agree.
2 milestones.
1. First milestone released after 15 pages created and they will be thoroughly checked for English Grammar and Duplicate Content. Once readable with good keyword content and no duplicate content exists then I will release payment.
2. The final milestone is released only when again all the areas (50 areas) are completed.
You MUST have a CLEAR UNDERSTANDING of SEO and how to RANK PAGES WELL ON GOOGLE.
