VPN Provider seeks digital marketing and wordpress expert

I am about to close on the purchase of an establish VPN Provider with it's own unique apps and servers and I am looking for help with Wordpress management, SEO, SSM, Affiliate marketing, and Google Ads. Experience in marketing VPN services would be very important. (I already have a developer/SysAdmin/IT consultant.)
