Strategy for a news internet channel ( Website, Facebook and Youtube)

I have a project named R&O Multimedia TV, we have develop a series of shows and news, but our audience is in Facebook and Youtube.
What I need is a strategy for Social Media Marketing, and the goal is to have 100 or more viewers for the news live every morning, nowdays we only have max 30.
I would like to include a plan to make our products go viral, have SEO in the website to be recognized as a channel.
