We are looking for an experienced Web Performance Specialist to optimize our website: https://www.sparkstreammedia.com/. Currently, the site is experiencing slow load times, which is impacting our user experience and SEO rankings.
The Goal: Achieve a Google PageSpeed Insights score of 90+ on Desktop and 70+ on Mobile, while passing all Core Web Vitals (LCP, FID, and CLS).
Required Tasks:
Image Optimization: Convert assets to next-gen formats (WebP/AVIF) and implement advanced lazy loading.
Code Minification: Minify and combine CSS/JS files and remove unused code.
Eliminate Render-Blocking: Optimize the delivery of critical CSS and defer non-essential JavaScript.
Server/Database Optimization: Improve Time to First Byte (TTFB) and configure advanced caching (Object Cache/Browser Cache).
CDN Setup: Ensure the site is properly integrated with a CDN (Cloudflare or similar).
Font Optimization: Fix "Ensure text remains visible during webfont load" issues.
Deliverables:
Before & After performance reports (GTmetrix or PageSpeed Insights).
A brief summary of the technical changes made.
A 30-day "stability check" to ensure updates don't break site functionality.

Proven track record of optimizing sites (please share 2-3 "Before/After" examples).
