The ideal candidate will have expertise in AI-driven analytics, data processing, and business intelligence to enhance our restaurant, bar, and caravan park operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. AI-Driven Business Insights & Analytics
Build an AI agent to analyze real-time and historical data from Lightspeed POS and Newbook reservations.
Identify trends in sales, occupancy, customer preferences, and peak demand periods.
Provide automated reports and recommendations to improve revenue and operational efficiency.
Monitor slow-moving items, best-selling products, and underperforming menu items.
2. AI-Powered Stock & Cost Control
Develop an AI-driven stock management system that compares sales data vs. supplier deliveries.
Track inventory levels, identify waste, and detect missing stock.
Automate costing analysis for both food and bar stock, ensuring accurate pricing and waste reduction.
Enable staff to input stock confirmations and discrepancies, integrating with supplier delivery dockets.
3. Payroll & Workforce Optimization
Build an AI agent that integrates with Deputy to analyze staff attendance, shift patterns, and labor efficiency.
Automate notifications for missed clock-ins (e.g., alert employees and management if someone doesn’t sign in within 15 minutes).
Track break compliance and log violations in employee records.
Ensure compliance with the Fair Work Act, providing automated disciplinary recommendations and up-to-date legal insights.
