Social media, seo and email marketing.

I’m looking for an individual person (not somebody who has their own team or a business) to do some work with me. For seo and social media. Our budget is very restricted for these projects. I want them to run our social medial accounts including engagements and post content and basically take care of the social media but also need them to know about seo for our site. We have 2 companies and I’m looking for a nice price as long term work is available. You need to know what you are doing. Including the shops.
