I’m a certified Yttc 200 hr ,pre post natal yoga ,aerial yoga and Pilates instructor and sound therapist based in India , teaching and creating content around yoga, mindfulness, wellness, and holistic living. Job Description:
I’m looking for a professional, creative, and efficient Social Media Manager to manage and grow my digital presence across Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
This role will be monthly based , and we will discuss the number of hours per week together before starting.
The ideal candidate understands yoga, mindfulness, and wellness culture deeply — and can create content that feels authentic, inspiring, and educational to a conscious audience.
Weekly Deliverables:
For each week, the following tasks are expected:
- 3 Reels per week across Instagram / YouTube Shorts / Facebook
- 2 YouTube videos per week (upload, optimize titles, descriptions, tags, and SEO)
- 2 Blog posts per week (based on content ideas, trends, and audience interest)
- 2 Newsletters per month (sent biweekly)
- 2 Static posts per week for Instagram / Facebook
- Analytics & Weekly Reporting (growth insights, engagement, performance summary)
- Instagram Stories (polls, challenges, Q&As, engagement tools) 4 times per week
Engagement Tasks:
- Participate in IG challenges & YouTube community posts
- Engage with followers and comments
- Perform light SEO keyword and trend research
- Find popular/relevant ideas in yoga, mindfulness, and wellness spaces
What I’m Looking For:
- Proven experience in social media management (especially for yoga/wellness/spiritual brands preferred)
- Strong skills in content creation, video editing, copywriting, and scheduling
- Understanding of SEO, analytics, and content trends
- Ability to create visually appealing, research-based, and authentic content
- Excellent communication, reliability, and respect for deadlines
Tools & Platforms (preferred but not mandatory):
- Canva / CapCut / Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro
- Meta Business Suite / YouTube Studio / Later / Buffer
- Google Sheets / Docs for reports and content plans
- ChatGPT / AI tools for idea generation
Additional Info:
This is permanent position the rate will be discussed mutually before hiring.
Weekly deliverables are fixed, except newsletters which are 2 per month.
The goal is to build a long-term working relationship if we’re a good fit.
