Simple WordPress Business Site Build

I need to replace an existing site that can’t be transferred to a new domain, so I’m starting fresh with WordPress. The finished product should be a clean, fast, mobile-friendly business website that mirrors the essentials of the old one while staying easy for me to update later.

Content structure
Please create and link the following pages from a straightforward top-level menu, with the first three treated as top priority:

• Contact Us (working form)
• Testimonials
• Documents
• Privacy & Communication Policies
• Location
• Insurance We Accept

Technical setup
A fresh WordPress install will already be waiting on my hosting. You’re free to use a lightweight theme such as Astra, GeneratePress, or any comparable option that pairs well with the standard block editor. Make sure the site is responsive, fast-loading, and simple for a non-developer to edit.

Configure:
– A contact form (WPForms or similar) that emails submissions to me and stores them in-dashboard
– Basic on-page SEO: titles, meta descriptions, readable permalinks
– Standard security and backup plugins with default protection
– Google Mobile-Friendly compliance

Deliverables & hand-off
1. Fully functioning WordPress site deployed on my server
2. Admin credentials plus a one-page guide so I can change text and images myself
3. Zipped backup (files and database) after final approval
