Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled SEO & Website Optimization expert to enhance the performance and visibility of our Shopify store, S&I Gadgetry (snigadgetry.com). The ideal candidate must have expertise in technical SEO, speed optimization, keyword research, and Shopify SEO best practices.
This is a long-term opportunity with potential for ongoing collaboration.
Responsibilities:
✅ Perform comprehensive SEO audit and identify areas of improvement.
✅ Optimize website speed & performance (Google PageSpeed Insights & Core Web Vitals).
✅ Improve meta titles, descriptions, headers, and image alt texts for better ranking.
✅ Implement structured data (Schema Markup) for rich snippets.
✅ Conduct keyword research & competitor analysis to improve organic reach.
✅ Optimize product pages, collection pages, and blog posts for SEO best practices.
✅ Fix broken links, duplicate content, and crawl errors.
✅ Set up & optimize Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Bing Webmaster Tools.
✅ Develop an SEO strategy for long-term organic traffic growth.
✅ Provide monthly SEO performance reports and recommendations for improvements.
Requirements:
✔ Proven experience in Shopify SEO & Website Optimization.
✔ Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page, and off-page SEO.
✔ Familiarity with Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
✔ Experience with site speed optimization (Lazy Loading, CDN, Image Compression, etc.).
✔ Knowledge of Schema Markup, Structured Data, and Rich Snippets.
✔ Ability to conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices.
✔ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
✔ Previous experience working on Shopify stores (Portfolio required).
Project Details & Budget:

? Hours: Estimated 20-30 hours per month
? Type: Fixed-price contract with potential ongoing collaboration
? Deadline: Work to begin immediately
