Shopify/SEO/Social Ads set up help

I have a new Shopify page and I need help with the following.

The aim of the site is to act as a lead generation site to begin with either by users entering their email address in the email field OR joining the specific product waitlist (used the Shopify app Wait.li) for that. This is a pre-launch site meaning products cannot be purchased yet. All the visitor can do is browse and register interest.

- Checking I've correctly added the Facebook Pixel
- Checking I've set up Google Analytics correctly
- Creating appropriate google tags and (if necessary)
- Creating appropriate Facebook conversion events (just email collection or joining a waitlist)
- Ensuring the site is sufficiently SEO optimised

At some point after this I'll need help creating social ad campaigns to retarget users who have visited the site and help creating lookalike audiences. This can be treated as a separate project, so would be good to find someone who can help me with both.

This is pretty time sensitive, so urgent help is needed. I can add you and give permissions to set it all up and check what I have started doing (I think it is actually correct, but I need a second opinion).
