Shopify SEO Optimization

I'm looking for an expert to enhance the On-page SEO of my Shopify website. The main focus will be on optimizing Meta tags and improving Internal linking. I have a specific list of keywords that I want to target. I need the website to be looked at, all the internalk links looked at, the URLs changed and any redirect issue resolved. There are not many pages, and they need to be corrected. For the right person, there will be ongoing work.
