Shopify Manager & Virtual Assistant Needed
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I'm in need of a competent and reliable individual who can manage my Shopify website. The duties would include:
- Product listing and optimization which entails showcasing all our products in a compelling manner and improving our search engine rankings.
- Customer support dealings which involve addressing customers' inquiries promptly and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Order fulfillment - manage stock and ensure all customer orders are dispatched correctly and in a timely manner.
- Daily tasks and oversight not limited to social media management for broadening our online visibility, devising and leading email marketing campaigns for customer attraction, and managing our inventory to guarantee sufficient stock levels.
Sales, marketing and e-commerce skills, as well as proficiency in Shopify platform, social media promotion, and inventory management, are valuable for this position. Experience in the mentioned areas will have a significant advantage. A proactive, highly-organized individual with excellent customer service skills would be my ideal candidate.
