Setup & Optimize SEO for Wordpress Theme (Homey) for 8 Short Term Rental Properties

I am looking for an experienced website developer & SEO specialist to help me Setup & Optimize SEO for my Wordpress Theme (Homey) for 8 Short Term Rental Properties, link it with my iCal link to ensure calendar is up to date with other booking platforms, and use an API from PriceLabs to pull in dynamic pricing - I will provide the API key and link to PriceLabs documentation (https://app.swaggerhub.com/apis-docs/Customer_API/customer_api/1.0.0-oas3#/).

We need to copy the listing info from AirBnB (you will be provided with the link to each property) then put the details in the Homey Wordpress theme. I have purchased and installed the Homey theme (hosted by SiteGround). Project is to fully build out the website and complete SEO to optimize it. We also need to setup a payment integration (could use WooCommerce or Stripe that are options in Homey).
As part of the SEO efforts, I need help with keyword research and to optimize overall website ranking and attract more traffic to site & listings.
