Seo optimization of my Shopify store: Technical issues and keywords (Shopify partner account required)

I'm looking for an SEO expert to enhance my shopify store's speed, visibility and performance on search engines (google). In the end I need better ranking on PageSpeed Insights for speed problems, especially mobile and better ranking on google organic search.
Things you need to do:
First step:
- Work on Fixing Broken Internal Links
- Minify JavaScript and CSS Files
- Resolve Duplicate Meta Descriptions and Title Tags
- Increase Text-HTML Ratio on Low-Content Pages
- Unblock Resources in robots.txt
- Enhance Pages with Low Link Depth
- Add Missing Alt Text for Images
- Refresh or Remove Content from Pages that have 4XX Errors
- Fix Duplicate Content
Second step:
I tried to add several Keywords with extra text fields on all pages of my website, but google seems not to recognize these keywords. So if i check i get a result of all together 10 Keywords i am using. You need to improve this, i can give u a list of keywords that are good for us.
