Seo White labelled team / freelancer needed

I run a marketing agency, and we run Seo.

We are looking to outsource this to a company that can fulfill our needs.

Needs to speak perfect english.
Needs to work in our softwares, basecamp. etc
Need to show example and your full seo packages and blueprint.
can converse with our clients (white labelled)

we have many seo clients, and we are looking to pay 100-500 per month depending on our clients package.

We are looking to push Seo to get more and more clients. So this needs to be the right team
