Seo + Google Ads

I have a newly started car wash company. My site is very dead and have 0 visitors.
1. I want you to check up the site problems testing with Google page speed and fix all problem
2. I want you to configurate yoast seo and make sure pages are seo optimized
3. I want you to create the seo for page . I dont know if it is inside my page or inside Google.
4. I want you to create Google Ads , and help me to make with bookings. Something with Google are charging when the booking is made. I think it is some Google code that should be pasted in last step booking. Order confirmation. So Google knows the booking is created.
So all i know is that. I just need a professional seo guy knows what to do, and how to make sure my site is in Google first page
I know i have to pay Google Ads and this is nothing to do with this project. Its just an deposit on Google. So i know Google Ads cost .
