Senior Full-Stack Engineer: Supabase/Vercel SEO Optimization & Programmatic Sitemap Scale-up for Lovable SAAS
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
The Goal: Optimize and scale AIThesaurus.io, a semantic SEO tool. I need to move from a basic prototype to a high-performance, programmatic SEO engine capable of indexing 1,000,000+ pages while maintaining a lightweight, "Side-Door" search strategy.
The Current Tech Stack:
Frontend/App: Lovable (React/Vite)
Deployment: Vercel
Backend/DB: Supabase (PostgreSQL)
Required Tasks:
H1 Dynamic Routing Bug: Currently, when a user searches for a new word, the state is not updating the H1 tag correctly. You need to ensure the search term is properly passed through the URL params and rendered in the H1 for SEO crawlers. Check the current behavior at http://aithesaurus.io.
Programmatic Sitemap.xml (1M+ Pages): I am currently stuck in a Lovable error loop trying to generate a static sitemap. Because of the 1,000,000-page goal, we cannot use a static file. You must implement a Dynamic Sitemap (likely via a Vercel Edge Function or a sitemap index file) that pulls from our Supabase word list.
PostgreSQL Synonym Cache: Implement a caching layer in Supabase for synonyms. We need to store previously searched terms and their results to minimize API calls and improve response times.
SEF (Search Engine Friendly) Strategy & Templating: I need a "Headless" SEO strategy. I want to be able to update the look and feel (templates) of all 1,000,000 pages centrally without having to re-cache or rebuild the actual data. We should use Incremental Static Regeneration (ISR) or Server-Side Rendering (SSR) with optimized Cache-Control headers so Google sees fresh templates but the database isn't hit for every request.
Ideal Candidate:
Expertise in Supabase (PostgREST, Edge Functions, and Row Level Security).
Deep understanding of Vercel/Next.js SEO patterns (even though the current build is Vite-based, we may need a hybrid approach for the 1M pages).
Proven experience with Programmatic SEO at scale.
Ability to debug Lovable-generated code and refine it for production.
