Seeking SEO Expert for Website Optimization and Backlink Creation

Hello,
I am seeking an experienced SEO expert to help improve the searchability and traffic of my website. The selected candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:
Initial Keyword Research Analysis: Conduct an initial keyword research analysis to determine which SEO keywords we should focus on.
Creating External Backlinks: Generate at least 50 clean and legitimate external backlinks per week. These should be from reputable sources related to our industry.
Optimizing for Featured Snippets: Review and optimize our homepage, content, product pages, and collection pages to increase the chances of appearing in Google’s featured snippets.
Improving Website Loading Speed: Analyze our website’s loading speed and implement strategies to improve it. This may include compressing images, reducing webpage file size, and deleting unnecessary 3rd party scripts.
The budget for this project is $5 per weekly milestone. Please note that SEO is a long-term investment and results may take time to show. Therefore, we are looking for someone who can commit to this project for at least a few months.
