Seeking On Page and Off Page SEO

I am seeking to improve my Google ranking so that my name (Joseph Hobbs) will appear on the first page linked to four websites, as well as articles and visual media websites like Getty Images, Wire Images, Imago, etc. I would like to have all the websites indexed so the links are grouped starting on the first page of Google. I assume I will need backlinks to various websites as well.
