My new business has a lot of competitors in teh area

I built it using Wix and not sure if Wix business subscription is helping me at all as my website is not appearing in the google search at the moment even though I went through all the Wix steps to use SEO. My other option is to subscribe with Vistaprint's SEO manager, what do you think?
I seem to need some backlink and some organic reviews but have no contacts myself in the area (Gold Coast, Australia)
