Our FMCG Liquor e-commerce company is looking for a results-driven SEO and SEM Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of driving traffic and conversions to e-commerce websites through SEO and SEM strategies. As an SEO and SEM Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online presence to increase our visibility in search engine rankings and drive traffic and revenue growth.

We have 1 liquor store live, with another 2 going live shortly. You will be expected to use premium chatGPT to help you write powerful content across all three brands for all products.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to increase website traffic and improve search engine rankings for key search terms.
Develop and implement SEM campaigns to drive website traffic and conversions through Google Ads and other paid search channels.
Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify high-traffic, high-converting search terms.
Monitor and analyze website performance using analytics tools, and provide regular reports to management.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM, and apply this knowledge to continually improve our online marketing efforts.
Collaborate with the marketing and e-commerce teams to develop landing pages and other website content that is optimized for search engines and aligned with business objectives.
Work closely with the web development team to ensure that technical SEO best practices are being implemented.
Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors that provide SEO and SEM services.
Expectations that you will use Chat GPT in order to write SEO content.


Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in SEO and SEM, with a track record of proven results in driving traffic and revenue growth for e-commerce websites.
Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other SEO and SEM tools.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful SEO and SEM strategies.
Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Experience in FMCG e-commerce is highly preferred.
Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with Wordpress/woocommerce and photoshop/video editor desirable but not essential. If you have these skills, make a point to tell me.

Ads:
We will not be placing any ads until we have 3000 products live. We have 700 live now.
You will be expected to drive this business forward.

Remuneration
$1000 AUD per month. (Paid weekly. 8hrs per day x 5 days per week) no weekend work unless urgently required.
Get us to $100,000 per week in revenue, I'll double it to AUD$2000 per month.
Get us to $1,000,000 per week in revenue, I'll pay you AUD$10,000 per month and sponsor you and your partner to live and work in Australia (if you want).

Working remotely:
I have employed others working remotely and have fired them for not doing their job. If you are hired, and you do well, there's a long-term position here for you. If you mess about and don't do your work, I will terminate you.

Expected to work Australian business days with public holidays off.
