AI Search Visibility & SEO Monitoring Assistant (Daily Tracking — ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity)

We are looking for a reliable freelancer to support daily AI search visibility tracking and SEO monitoring for an Australian client.
The role involves testing how our client’s brand appears in AI tools and search engines, tracking keyword visibility, monitoring competitors, and maintaining structured reports.
This is NOT content writing. It is research, monitoring, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Tasks:
1) Test predefined prompts in:
OpenAI ChatGPT
Google Gemini
Perplexity AI
2) Record results in a tracking sheet:
Whether the brand is mentioned
Position in results
Competitors shown
Links cited (if any)
Sentiment (positive/neutral/negative)
Monitor keyword visibility using SEO tools (training provided if needed)
Track competitor mentions across AI tools and search engines
Weekly Tasks:
Compile summary of trends and major changes
Highlight risks, opportunities, or drops in visibility
Update master report sheet
Monthly Tasks:
Assist in preparing a structured visibility report
Provide screenshots and supporting data
Skills Required:
Strong internet research skills
High attention to detail
Familiarity with Google Sheets or Excel
Ability to follow structured processes
Basic understanding of SEO
Reliable daily availability
Workload:
Approx. 3-4 hours per day
Long-term opportunity if performance is good
Client Region: Australia (no location restriction for freelancer)

Daily updated tracking sheet
Weekly summary notes
Accurate data recording
