Search Engine Optimization

As the owner of a website, I'm currently in need of help with my website's search engine optimization. The current state of my website's SEO is unfortunately poor, and so I'm looking to take advantage of professional help to improve it. I'm especially interested in Off-page SEO, since that seems to be the most difficult part to get right. Finally, I already have a set of keywords that I want to target, so that won't need to be done as part of this project. I'm looking for an experienced SEO freelancer who can optimize my website and help it get better results in searches.
