Screaming Frog Anchor Text Extraction

I’m auditing my site’s anchor text profile and need a Screaming Frog SEO Spider expert to set up a crawl that pulls every anchor into a clean, analysis-ready CSV.

Here’s what I’m after:
• Configure Screaming Frog so it captures all internal and external anchors (including variations, empty anchors, and any JavaScript-rendered links).
• Run the crawl, extract the raw text data, and deliver a single CSV containing source URL, destination URL, anchor text, and any additional columns you consider useful for SEO analysis (e.g., follow/nofollow, status code).
• Show me—via short written steps or a quick Loom—how to repeat the process so I can keep tracking anchors on future crawls.

My primary goal is straightforward data extraction; no on-page fixes are required right now. As long as I receive a tidy CSV and a repeatable workflow, the job is complete.
