SEO work - technical and coaching in text plus tools

Have two websites and want help first fixing issues with their current status, a few broken links help how often to use keywords where to place text etc. both webpages are in Swedish.
Not interested in paying too much, will start small with one page and if you perform well we can expand and it can be an ongoing project, but only if results keep getting better for our keywords.
Start with sending us a list of how we rank currently on Swedish google (we know we are not in top 1 on any keyword, but we don't know exact position)
We want to get help using google analytics, right now we only know the basics.
We also want to know what customers are searching for that arrives at our website and how much they shop for.
I want you to find out what the relevant keywords are that match our keywords, maybe our list is not the right one. Maybe other words, similar ones, are more searched for, then those should be in focus.
I want you to help us optimize our title tags and meta descriptions - you give it to us, roughly, in English and well translate into good swedish.
We want to know how much and roughly what text (content) to put on our first page.
We want to know what parts of our products/catagories etc to create unique separate URL:s
Prep for outreach - Identify Swedish sites who refer users by links to our competitors, maybe guides, blogs etc, so that we can contact them and ask them to link to us. We believe this data can be accessed through for example hrefs tools.
Further we want help where to put blogposts and what they should be about to get the most out of them.
We can provide the Swedish content, but need to know more about where to put the blog posts (on our page or separate page, if under our page under what URL) and if we should link to other pages in those blog posts and if yes, what pages.
