~ Fix heading hierarchy, broken links, thin pages
~ Meta title + meta description improvements for CTR
~ Compress & optimize large images
~ Improve internal linking with proper anchor texts
~ Core Web Vitals recommendations (especially mobile speed)
~ Sitemap / Robots / Schema audit + fixes
2) On-Page Keyword SEO
~ Short keyword list based on real buyer-intent searches (India)
~ Keyword mapping to category + subcategory + top SKUs
~ Upload-ready tags sheet (titles / meta / alt / URL improvements)
3) Off-Page SEO (Baseline Authority Building)
~ Competitor backlink gap analysis
~ 8–12 genuine authority backlink ideas (India-first)
~ Create list of brand listing portals to submit on (DA wise)
~ 5 actual backlinks to be executed in the project (not PBN, not spam)
~ Local citations relevant to “trekking gear India / camping India” niche
~ Leverage press mentions & affiliate blogs (guidance)

Deliverable: backlink sheet with links, anchor, DA, reports.
