SEO site health audit and fixes, plus Google Ads

I need someone to do an SEO audit of my site and fix any of the technical issues - there are a couple of things that are broken or need fixing + help with connecting Google Search consol and ads or whatever else needs to be done to make rank better in SERPs. I want someone who can do SEO and who is also technical enough to fix the issues + help with keyword research and setting up a Google Ads campaign.
