SEO pro needed for small Yoast project on WordPress

? Job Brief:
We're looking for someone to fix most of our SEO "issues" (see attached) on our Wordpress website, for a total of 16 pages (8 in English, and their French translation). There are also the Terms
& Condions and Privacy pages, but I dont think we need to work on SEO on these, you'll tell me.
The job is straight forward: we want to have a green score on both, SEO and readability on Yoast. Feel free to add links, modify some wording (upon agreement).
The site is about real estate and data.
