SEO organic keyword targeting for real estate website
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
We have a website https://www.sql.com.mt/ which is a real estate agency in Malta. The website is already technically SEO optimised to the best of abilities. We are now interested in doing on Google first page using organic searches for the following keywords: "Real Estate Malta", "Real Estate in Malta", "Property Malta", "Property in Malta", "Property For Sale", "Property Sales", "Property To Rent" and "Property Rentals". These 4 keywords have been carefully chosen as per client competition and using Google Trends and analytics tools.
The job should consist of a well detailed proposal of tasks to complete in order to reach first page of Google SERP for these 8 keywords. It's not to do the job itself but consultancy of what to do in a well defined report manner. The candidate can make use of tools for information and data analysis but the provided report has to be provided manually and not automatically generated. Once the job is done we will conduct the implementation as per recommendation then the candidate has to reaffirm that the implementation was done correctly.
STAGE 1: Candidate will do report with all it includes to rank on these 8 keywords.
STAGE 1.1: Business will do implementation based on STAGE 1.
STAGE 2: Candidate will check that all his recommendations are in place following STAGE 1.1.
STAGE 2.2: Business will fix any points highlighted by Candidate in STAGE 2.
STAGE 3: Candidate must make sure results are achieved on a minimum of 6 out of 8 keywords (6/8).
STAGE 3.3: Business will issue a generous BONUS (100% of budget, i.e. if quote is EUR 200, following success another EUR 200 as given as a gratitude BONUS) following success of STAGE 3.
