SEO 1000/month for Linkbuilding and content - Read first, keyword inside

i just want to built a new website and need an SEO that know how to get a lot of pages indexed.
Website topic is a "auto part" online shop with over 300.000 pages (brand/model + part)
If you like to have this job, i need from you a proof of concept/example that you make! I need url and screenshot from backend, because her are so much people that want to rank with shit links :-)
Budget is min 1.000/month + more if successful.
We need content (landingpages for example for the brands/models(~500) and the parts (~600) so you are the expert to choose, the kind: spinning/variabel, unique,...
Backlinks the same, you are the expert and need to tell me the plan how you will do it. Eg. month 1: Some profiles, comments, .. that it looks natural and than 2 content links per week to a new landing page
If you read all and could do it, please write me first in your answer: "Hi Dennis, i could show you an example that i do before!" because here are not only person that can not also a lot of bot that want to chat :-)
