SEO improvements for web presence of a mobile application

I am hiring someone to advise and complete SEO improvements for the web presence of my mobile application called Sea Shell.

Sea Shell is a content media mobile application. Content media is a curated composition of articles, videos, memes, reviews, and other great internet content.

The app’s web presence - website, app store web pages, and twitter account - do not rank well in search engine results.

I am looking to hire someone to complete these three SEO improvement tasks:

1. Improved search results and rankings for Google
2. Improved search results and rankings for other search engines (e.g. DuckDuckGo, Yahoo, Bing)
3. Advice on any SEO improvements I can make to the Sea Shell App website

The attached pdf document has:
- Objectives for each of the three tasks, and details on what needs to be completed
