seeking an experienced and results-driven SEO Expert to help us achieve high google search engine rankings for our new custom gaming PC business. Website is brand new - 2 months old. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of delivering fast and high-ranking results on Google, as well as a deep understanding of the latest SEO best practices and techniques. This position is performance-based, with incentives tied to meeting specific search engine ranking goals.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy to improve our new website's search engine rankings
Conduct keyword research and identify high-value, relevant keywords for our target audience
Optimize on-page elements, including meta tags, headings, content, and URLs, to improve search engine visibility
Build and manage a high-quality backlink profile through effective link-building strategies
Analyze and interpret website traffic and ranking data to inform ongoing SEO efforts
Monitor and evaluate search engine algorithm updates and adjust SEO strategies accordingly
Collaborate with the content team to develop high-quality, SEO-friendly content
Provide regular reports on SEO performance and progress towards ranking goals
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our SEO strategy remains competitive
Requirements:
At least 3-5 years of experience in SEO, with a focus on achieving high search engine rankings
Demonstrable success in ranking websites quickly and effectively on Google
In-depth understanding of SEO best practices, including on-page and off-page optimization, keyword research, and link-building
Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform SEO strategy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of the gaming industry or custom PC market is a plus
Performance-Based Incentive Contract:
This position is accompanied by a custom contract that includes performance-based incentives. The incentives will be determined based on measurable SEO performance indicators, such as:
1) Keyword ranking: Achieving top 3 or top 5 positions on Google for specified high-value keywords
2) Organic traffic growth: Increasing organic website traffic by a certain percentage within a set timeframe
3) Conversion rate improvement: Enhancing the conversion rate of organic traffic into sales
The specific goals and incentive amounts will be negotiated and outlined in the contract. Incentives will be paid out upon achieving the agreed-upon performance milestones within the specified timeframes.
