SEO for website to improve the ranking parameters further

I am looking for an experienced SEO specialist to improve the ranking parameters of my website. My current website ranking on search engines is between 7-9, and I have already done extensive SEO work on it. However, I would like to focus on building backlinks and discarding negative backlinks plus image optimisation and overall imrpovement in Domain Authority.
