SEO for website -- 2

As a business owner, I'm looking for someone to help increase visibility for my website with SEO and link building. I currently don't have an SEO strategy and am looking for a professional with expertise to help me achieve my primary objective, which is to increase rankings on search engines. I need an expert in SEO and link building to help optimize my website and bring in more traffic with better ranking on the search engine results pages. If possible, I'm looking for someone to develop a strategy with the right tactics to help reach my goal.
