SEO for a website

I recently devoloped a new website for which i need on-site or off-site SEO. I have 10 keywords in mind to target audiences from both USA and Australia (5 key words for USA and 5 for Australia). Professionals are welcome to submit their bid and i expect them to rank my keywords in google and Bing in a time period of 6 months. Upon succesful completeion, i expect to work life time with them.
