SEO for a web on-site and off-site

I have recently created a new web called www.lacasadelsap.com and I need someone to do on-site and off-site SEO. The web has been created on HTML so someone with HTML skills will be an advantage.
the keywords research is already done and a couple of text have been written to push up the link creation.
the website is either english or spanish but we will start SEO positioning for spanish ( don't worry about the language is my mother tongue)
let me know what you can offer, I am planning to start the project by the end of this week
