SEO for E-learning Website built in WordPress

We need an SEO expert to improve the rankings for top 3 keywords/landings pages, on-page and off-page SEO, and technical SEO. If the expert delivers as planned we can keep this project with him/her for more than 12 months.

PS: We will guide the expert (whenever required) but the ownership of the plan rests with the expert only.
