SEO for a current website for higher organic ranking

I am looking for a freelancer to help me improve the organic ranking of my current website through on-page optimization. I have done previous SEO work on the website, but I need further assistance in researching target keywords. The ideal candidate should have experience in on-page optimization and keyword research. Additionally, knowledge in technical SEO and off-page optimization would be a plus. The project will require the following:
