SEO for my blog site

I'm looking for an experienced SEO specialist to help me with the organic growth of my blog site, kindattentionplease.com. This blog site provide information related to usa and uk. That means I want more and more traffic from these locations. The main type of SEO I am looking for is Keyword Targeting. I might also require localization for some of the chosen keywords (e.g. geo-targeted targeting) so I've left that up to the discretion of the SEO specialist.
