SEO for Secret Corner

I am wanting to improve my SEO for the following 5 pages to start:

My target country is South Africa - ONLY. So i want to focus on targeting South Africans and only want SA relevant statistics.

I do have some experience with SEO and can assist with on page SEO - so i need more help with Off page SEO. I also need help to configure and optimize my pages and advice though.

Rank Math
WooCommerce
Google Analytics / Webmaster
Sitemap setup.
