SEO expert required to solve issues of recently relocated site

I need an SEO expert to commence immediately to update a number of issues on my site. See the attached documents of items to be updated both on our main site and PWA mobile version. There are approximately 20 items relevant to the mobile and desktop and all need to be resolved to an above 90% score. Please review the documents prepared for this project, do not quote a price unless you have read the documents and are willing to deliver the work according to the documents.
