SEO expert -Advanced skills - Urgent requirement

I am looking for an advanced SEO expert to help us analyse the SEO strategy for our website.

We key focus

1. On-page optimisation
2. URL structure - dynamic
3. Redirection
4. All other on page stuffs ( title, descp, H1, Canonical etc)
5. Structured data (schema.org)

We already have a strategy in place, but need an expert to consult to check them.
