SEO on 2 existing WordPress Websites & Set up Google Search Console/Analytics

I have 2 existing wordpress websites, I need these to be operating at max SEO (keywords, tags, meta-data, etc) and I need to see how they rank in Google Search Console/Analytics.

I realize I may need to upgrade to wordpresses higher features to enable or empower SEO tracking and improvements.
