SEO boost for an e-commerce jewellery website (wordpress, woocommerce)

The website has some optimisations already (SG cache, wp rocket etc) but needs way more to be better. Be careful though cause the website is build with elementor and things might break when you change stuff. Test the website on android and ios phone thoroughly before completion. It needs some extra optimisations and boosts with keywords, img alt words etc. I need this to be on top page of google when searching jewellery within some weeks if possible. message me for more info if interested.
