SEO auditor and consultant required for long term

I have an in-house team of SEO. I am looking for an outside experienced SEO auditor (Freelancer) and consultant to provide audit reports and recommendation on a long-term basis. I have specific goals in mind and am interested in the implementation of organic SEO strategies. I need an experienced SEO provider who possesses knowledge of SEO best practices and understands how to develop a successful SEO strategy that drives traffic and leads. The SEO consultant must also be able to identify and solve site problems, properly implement SEO tactics, develop a keyword strategy, perform a website audit and review, and recommend effective strategies for improving search rankings.
