What We’re Looking For:
Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and can handle SEO blog scheduling across multiple platforms like Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, etc.
Qualifications:
- Experience scheduling blog content in Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, and similar CMS platforms
- Strong understanding of on-page SEO and keyword optimization
- Comfortable using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz
- Organized and capable of managing editorial calendars in Google Sheets
- Quick learner with strong communication skills
- Familiar with Google Suite
- Responsive during working hours — we expect replies within 24 hours
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Upload and schedule blog posts to various CMS platforms
- Coordinate with our writing team to ensure blogs go live on time
- Monitor performance and flag any missed opportunities or wins
- Keep our internal workflows smooth and clean
