SEO analysis + fix for E-com running shopify markets

We migrated our e-com to shopify and launched our e-com on several markets in December 2022. Now we need to improve the site in order to start working on our google rankings. We know there is several fixes needed to be done on the site in order to get a better ranking.
Some of the problems we have been enlighted about is the below:

> · 4 pages with harmful broken links.
> · No meta tag & title tag.
> · Your website doesn't have a canonical tag.
> · All your JavaScript and CSS files are not minified.
> · Your website doesn't have a updated sitemap.
> · Google bot is not able to Crawl Your Website.
> · Your website does not have a webmaster tool.

We do however think there is more to be done in order to improve our chances of better ranking. For example, the site ranks slow when testing page speed.

What we are looking for is a partner that is keen to do things GOOD, rather than FAST! And that cares for long term cooperations.
