SEO agency or freelancer for new website

Looking for long-term SEO freelancer or preferably agency to manage the newly designed website. Please refrain from applying if you don't have the requirements mentioned in this description. You must have experience with residential or commercial painting company and be able to provide references if the interview process goes well. As mentioned the site is brand new and will need on site, off site and technical SEO, please provide your roadmap, plan and process on how you will take care of the job. There is a long-term relationship opportunity for the right candidate. You must be excellent in verbal and written English, great in communication and be able to accommodate to our time PST.
