SEO Work for IPA

The work involves normal SEO work for a German-based small training company. I am only interested in being found in Germany. There is NO need to be found for international searches. Keywords are in two languages, English and German, (5 in English and 10 in German). A lot of work has already been done by previous SEO services - and there will be no need to write any articles; these will be provided monthly. It is important, however, to create high-quality back links and place the articles on serious (German related) blog sites.
