SEO , Website design and product upload

I just held a competition for logo and am deciding on the final winner. I am also currently having product data scraped from multiple websites, that should be available in a few days. I am looking for someone to match the product info from the different sites, edit and copywrite descriptions, and edit photos for each. Then upload them to my website and have it linked to a new facebook page. Not sure what other ecommerce websites can be linked as well, to cover all available avenues.
If you do PR and advertising, or social media posting and blogging as well let me know. Tell me what you can do to help me. And send examples of your past success for that specific skill please.
The website was bought but has not been set up. I currently have no social media set up either. So everything is starting from a clean slate.
My company grows and sells over 300 types of super hot pepper seeds and plants. We will be shipping within the U.S. This is a very targeted audience.
I have some competition and really need to stick out from them. I can send you their websites if you like.
I do want to be able to organize products and give the option to filter them in categories so they are easy to find. Alphabetical order, by color, by heat level, by days to maturity. I can start selling seeds in January/ February. The plants will be available to start shipping in April.
So I need this site up, attracting new customers and converting them into sales as soon as possible.
I need my products and shops to be connected. So that I can keep track of the available inventory, if possible. Would love to connect on all social media markets, etsy and eventually Amazon.
